1. Order Cancellation & Modification Window

We offer a 2-hour cancellation and modification window from the moment your order is placed.

Within 2 Hours of Placing Your Order

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of successfully completing checkout.

Eligible modification requests may include:

  • Changing the product size, color, or variant.

  • Updating the shipping address or recipient information.

  • Correcting an incorrect product selection.

  • Adjusting the order quantity.

  • Canceling the entire order.

Requests are subject to confirmation by our support team and the production status of your order.

After 2 Hours of Placing Your Order

Once the 2-hour window has passed, your order may already be in production or fulfillment.

As a result, we can no longer guarantee cancellations or modifications after this period.

Since many Evergreen Lane products are created specifically for each order, changes may not be possible once production has started.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Step 2: Provide Your Order Details

Please include the following information:

  • The email address used during checkout.

  • Whether you wish to cancel or modify your order.

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation or modification can be completed.

Please note that submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Your order will remain active until our team confirms the requested changes or cancellation.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Estimated refund processing times are as follows:

Once a refund has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account is determined by your financial institution.

4. Important Information About Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products, including apparel, mugs, ornaments, acrylic keepsakes, and other gift items, are produced after an order is placed.

For this reason:

  • We may begin preparing your order shortly after checkout.

  • Cancellations and modifications are only available within the stated window and before production prevents the requested change.

  • Once an item has entered production, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

If your order has already been delivered and you experience a quality issue, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about eligible refunds and replacements.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
